Admission Procedure

To become a part of the JEA family, parents are required to register their child after meeting with the Admission Counsellor. Once the registration formalities are completed, admission is granted based on an informal interaction or entrance assessment. This process helps us understand the child’s readiness for school, developmental milestones, and any special needs that may require attention.

Admissions to all classes are carried out through a transparent and fair process, in alignment with the school’s objectives and admission criteria. Upon receiving an offer of admission, fees must be paid within the stipulated time to confirm the seat.

As per NEP, the age eligibility for the foundation year is as follows:

Nursery For students aged 3 years and above
LKG For students aged 4 years and above
UKG For students aged 5 years and above
Class I For students aged 6 years and above

Admission Documentation

List of mandatory documents at time of registration

  1. Copy of Date of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation up to Class I / Copy of the report card of previous class for Class 1 onwards.
  2. Copy of Address Proof.

List of mandatory documents at time of admission

  1. Copy of Aadhar card of both the Parent & Student.
  2. Passport size photographs of student and each parent.

  1. Previous Class Report Card
  2. Transfer Certificate
